Customer Support Specialist

Road is a fast-growing software company that delivers critical infrastructure for the electric vehicle (EV) charging ecosystem. We're looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Amsterdam.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to our French-speaking customers via multiple communication channels.
- Act as a liaison between customers and our development team to resolve technical issues and improve our products.
- Support our sales department and engage with potential customers to answer their queries about Road products and services.
- Onboard new customers and partners on our E-Flux by Road platform.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and report on product bugs or shortcomings.
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and internal documentation to support the customer experience.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a customer contact role.
- Fluency in French is a must.
- English at a sufficient level to communicate with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to keep a cool head under pressure and handle challenging customer interactions.
- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
- Experience working in a scale-up environment.
- MBO+ degree or equivalent level through experience.
