About the Job
We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for administering personnel-related tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and providing support to employees and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage administrative tasks related to employee onboarding, offboarding, and benefits
- Coordinate employee communications, including company-wide announcements and internal newsletters
- Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records
- Provide support with employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and benefits information
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
