We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Consumer Engagement Director to join our team at Kilian Paris. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive global consumer engagement strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a global consumer engagement strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
- Manage and execute global social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Weibo.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content calendars that drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform future marketing strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers and thought leaders in the luxury fashion industry.
- Conceptualize and execute brand activations and events, including Paris Fashion Week and Cannes Film Festival.
- Manage and execute global PR and communications strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of consumer behavior and preferences to inform marketing strategies.
