Your primary responsibilities will encompass ensuring high-quality support for individuals with disabilities, as well as overseeing the technical, administrative, and financial operations of our facilities while fostering the growth of the association.
- Direct the establishment's mission to cater to the needs of individuals with disabilities and their families
- Oversee the facility's operations from a technical, administrative, and financial perspective
- Implement a quality assurance framework and assess it in accordance with regulatory standards
- Maintain financial stability and manage budget implementation
- Develop human resource strategies that align with the association's goals
- Support the association's expansion and diversification of services
Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will possess a Master's degree and substantial experience in medical-social management, particularly within the realm of childhood services. Exceptional interpersonal abilities, experience in project management, and proficiency in office software are essential. This is a permanent position.
