The Role: Digital Culture Project Manager
We are seeking a passionate and experienced project manager to lead our impactful 'digital focus' mediation project. This role will encompass both in-person and remote initiatives, addressing the multifaceted impacts and challenges of the digital world.
Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate activities centered around cybersecurity throughout the year. This includes planning and executing workshops, conferences, and roundtable discussions that foster awareness and understanding of this critical topic.
If you have a deep interest in designing, coordinating, evaluating, and promoting activities related to digital manufacturing, video games, and digital creation, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, including target audience, objectives, monitoring indicators, and key tasks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project needs and requirements.
- Plan, implement, and oversee all project deliverables, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Lead project progress, coordinate team members, supervise contractors, and provide regular updates on project status.
- Manage relationships with partners across various domains – budget, legal, technical, and promotional – fostering strong collaborations.
- Assist in evaluating project outcomes and present findings through comprehensive reports and engaging presentations.
- Create compelling internal and external communication materials to promote project visibility and impact.
- Develop innovative products that enhance project value, such as presentations, applications, websites, or other relevant resources.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in a scientific or technical field (with specialization in multimedia), or have several years of professional experience post-Bachelor's or post-Master's degree, or more than 7 years of professional experience after high school.
Key technical skills required include:
- In-depth knowledge of digital educational material production processes.
- Proficiency in project management techniques and methodologies.
- Familiarity with digital rights regulations and best practices.
- Understanding of technical English for effective communication.
