Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Energy Strategy Consultant to join our team in Paris. As a member of our Energy Sustainability and Infrastructures segment, you will consult clients across various parts of their value chain, working on diverse assignments that may include corporate strategy, re-organisation, and go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult clients on various aspects of their energy value chain, including decarbonisation pathways, net-zero business model opportunities, and regional whole system solutions.
- Conduct data gathering and analysis, industry research, and writing reports to support client projects.
- Win tenders and present findings to the team, inspiring clients and driving business growth.
- Develop skills at a fast pace through hands-on experience and formal training programs.
- Contribute to complex projects and learn about project management by managing smaller projects.
Requirements:
- Business or Engineering School degree (Cat A, HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, INSEAD, X, CentraleSupelec, Mines) or International University degree with a focus on energy economics, business management, engineering, science, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred first knowledge of power or gas supply systems, grid integration of decentralised sources, digitalisation of the energy sector, and/or power markets.
- 1-3 years working experience in related fields or in Strategy and Management Consulting.
- Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Passion for sustainability, innovation, and personal development.
- Able to work effectively in diverse teams and collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
- A critical thinker with a strong eye for detail and creative problem-solving skills.
