Job Responsibilities- Develop and Implement CRM Strategies
As a Senior CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive CRM strategies across global and local initiatives. This will involve leveraging available channels, such as email, app push notifications, web push notifications, and on-site retargeting, with the support of internal teams and resources.
Create and Manage CRM Marketing CampaignsYou will create and manage CRM marketing campaigns, both promotional and editorial, targeting multiple countries and brands. This will require a deep understanding of customer behavior and preferences, as well as the ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
Innovate and Test New Channels and MechanicsAs a Senior CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for innovating and testing new channels and mechanics to increase engagement and improve current CRM processes using a test-and-learn approach.
Oversee CRM Actions and CyclesYou will oversee CRM actions and cycles to enhance member lifecycle, optimize marketing pressure, reach, and CRM cycles.
Develop and Execute Strategies to Engage the Right AudienceYou will develop and execute strategies to engage the right audience with relevant content across appropriate channels to drive conversion & retention.
Monitor and Analyze Performance and ProfitabilityYou will monitor and analyze the performance and profitability of CRM campaigns.
Build Actionable ReportsYou will build actionable reports to share performance insights and deploy quick wins.
Initiate Actions to Enhance Channel PerformanceYou will initiate actions to enhance channel performance, such as A/B testing and lead scoring strategies.
Manage Agency CollaborationsYou will manage agency collaborations to ensure alignment with the commercial plan and effective audience activation.
Internal and External RelationshipsYou will work closely with various internal teams, including the E-Commerce team, Product & Tech Tribes, Marketing Team (Global = Loyalty & Brand; Local = marketing & sales team in the countries), and Legal Team (compliance & DPO).
Qualifications- Minimum of 3 Years of Experience in a CRM Role
You must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a CRM role.
Master Degree in Marketing or Business SchoolYou must have a Master degree in Marketing or business school (bac +5).
Fluent in English & FrenchYou must be fluent in English & French, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in Technical CRM ToolsYou must be proficient in technical CRM tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Batch) and KPIs.
Autonomous, Organized, and Capable of Managing Multiple InitiativesYou must be autonomous, organized, and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Problem-Solving Skills with a Collaborative Team SpiritYou must have problem-solving skills with a collaborative team spirit.
Excellent Analytical Skills, Attention to Detail, and AccuracyYou must have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
