Job Title: Senior CRM Strategist

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Senior CRM Strategist to join our team in Luxembourg. As a key member of our Amazon Business team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing CRM strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute CRM strategies that align with business objectives and drive customer engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities and develop compelling responses to RFPs and proposals
  • Monitor and report on progress, including oral and written presentations to senior leadership
  • Develop scalable and repeatable deal management processes
  • Work with the legal team to ensure compliance with contracts and agreements

Requirements:

  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
  • Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay processes and solutions
  • Experience in B2B or enterprise sales with a focus on hunting new business
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
