- Analyze client requirements, financial and technical information to ascertain project specifications.
- Perform technical assessments in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC).
- Develop HVAC designs encompassing plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and electrical systems in partnership with project architects.
- Ensure that installations adhere to energy efficiency and environmental regulations.
- Recommend cost-effective strategies and energy-saving solutions.
- Guide drafters in producing technical studies and schematics.
- Draft technical specifications, documentation, cost estimates, and calculations.
- Set project timelines and evaluate contractor proposals.
- Supervise construction sites to guarantee adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
- Facilitate coordination among project stakeholders, manage deliveries, and oversee budgetary aspects.
- Review and verify the quality of work performed by contractors.
Possession of a Master's degree in HVAC engineering with pertinent professional experience. The ideal candidate should exhibit attention to detail, a proactive approach, and possess excellent interpersonal abilities.
