About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join our team at Snaphunt. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our cloud-based infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain highly available and scalable cloud-based systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements
- Develop and execute runbooks to ensure seamless incident response and resolution
- Work closely with global teams to ensure 24/7 support and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure
- Implement monitoring and debugging tools to ensure optimal system performance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and best practices
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure management and operations
- Strong experience with Linux, Ansible, CI/CD, Python, and Shell scripting
- Familiarity with Prometheus, InfluxDB, Grafana, and OpsGenie
- Experience with incident management and response processes (SLA, SLO, SLI)
- Strong monitoring, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
