Your Work Environment:
The headquarters of the AXA Group (GIE AXA) serves as the central hub for our corporate activities, offering guidance and support to our global subsidiaries. This location is home to approximately 1000 employees from 45 different nationalities, contributing to a rich and stimulating international culture.
Within the organization, you will be part of the IT Department (DSI), which is focused on driving digital transformation and deploying innovative IT solutions that align with the Group's strategic objectives. The DSI acts as a partner to various business functions, providing essential support and guidance.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
As a member of the Corporate Functions team, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead the planning and execution of technical projects, ensuring all objectives are achieved within set timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with your product line manager and business teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and budget oversight.
- Coordinate with all project stakeholders while adhering to IT governance standards.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs effectively.
- Utilize appropriate tools to measure project performance.
- Oversee the business-as-usual (BAU) operations of applications under your IT jurisdiction.
- Understand and manage relationships with business teams to support their daily activities.
Qualifications:
To excel in this position, you will need:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, with proficiency in English.
- A Master's degree in Engineering or Business.
- Demonstrated experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a comparable role within the technology sector.
- Strong project management skills.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and multicultural teamwork abilities.
- A curious, adaptable nature with proven interpersonal skills.
