About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Controller and Revenue Manager to join our dynamic team within the Administrative Management unit of the General Secretariat. Reporting to the Deputy General Secretary, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounting Management:
- Manage expense accounting and execution, including purchase order processing, supplier management, and payment reconciliation.
- Oversee the accounting verification and payment of travel expenses.
- Collaborate with the GENES contract manager to manage contract-related accounting activities.
- Handle expenditure ordonnancement, including mandates, rejection processing, and reminders.
- Revenue Management:
- Manage revenue titration for various sources, such as apprenticeship tax and agreements.
- Oversee revenue management for tuition fees, seminars, and OPCO master programs.
- Budget Execution:
- Manage end-of-management work, including accounts payable and receivable, depreciation allowances, and order balances.
- Handle the accounting treatment of assets, including physical inventory management in ImmoNet, asset valuation, and depreciation allowances.
- Manage beginning-of-management work and intermediate management decisions.
- Reporting:
- Respond to tracking table requirements.
- Execute and utilize queries in dedicated applications.
Profile Requirements
- Level 5 (Bac +2) diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work effectively within a regulatory framework.
- Knowledge of budgetary (GBCP) and general accounting principles. Experience in the latter would be highly advantageous.
- Proficiency with management tools and financial applications.
- Strong command of the MS Office suite.
