About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Brand Marketing Manager to join our team at Snaphunt. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing our brand strategy, driving business growth, and leading a team of marketing professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy, including brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
- Lead the development of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and events.
- Manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to drive business growth and revenue.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in brand marketing or a related field, preferably in the financial services or internet industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, driving business growth, and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including brand management, marketing strategy, and campaign execution.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
