- Establishing and executing control frameworks for managing insurance-related risks
- Monitoring and guiding associated action initiatives
- Developing and applying risk management methodologies
- Participating in critical risk assessment processes such as ORSA and defining risk appetite
- Creating risk analysis dashboards and comprehensive reports
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and fostering a culture of risk awareness across the organization
- Educational background in actuarial science, engineering, or finance with a specialization in insurance
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the field of insurance risk management
