Join Our Team as a Senior Market Risk Analyst

As a Senior Market Risk Analyst, you will be part of a collaborative team that thrives in a dynamic, technology-driven environment. Our expertise in market risk management extends to the development, enhancement, and validation of risk models, systems, and processes, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

We are looking for a skilled professional with proficiency in quantitative analysis, statistical modeling, and risk assessment techniques. You will prepare regular risk reports and dashboards for senior management and the board of directors, providing timely insights and recommendations for risk mitigation.

The role includes mentoring junior members of the team to foster their professional growth and ensure the continuity of expertise within the organization. You will work closely with Quant Risk & Front Office as well as IT teams to leverage cutting-edge technologies and analytical tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance risk models, systems, and processes
  • Prepare regular risk reports and dashboards for senior management and the board of directors
  • Mentor junior members of the team
  • Work closely with Quant Risk & Front Office as well as IT teams

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in finance, risk management, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a leadership or senior management role is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in quantitative analysis, statistical modeling, and risk assessment techniques
  • Strong programming skills, with proficiency in languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB and familiarity in databases and API
