Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain well-stocked shelves,
  • Ensure product quality and freshness,
  • Assist in the preparation of bakery goods (breads, pastries, snacks),
  • Keep the store environment clean and inviting,
  • Welcome and assist customers,
  • Execute Lidl's commercial strategy on a daily basis.

Candidate Profile:

  • Available for continuous work during the peak season,
  • Enjoy working collaboratively within a team,
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude,
  • Excel in dynamic and high-pressure environments.

What We Offer:

  • Seasonal employment with 30-35 hours per week during peak times,
  • Competitive starting gross monthly salary of 1,579 € for 30 hours, 1,843 € for 35 hours,
