Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Mobility Compensation Consultant to join our team at Alchemy Global Talent Solutions. As a key member of our Global Mobility team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting all aspects of international employee relocations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire relocation process for employees, including pre-assignment briefings, policy reviews, and the management of both standard and VIP relocations.
  • Ensure all relocation activities comply with client policies and meet service requirements.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for transferees, providing consistent support and guidance throughout their relocation journey.
  • Offer ongoing advice and support to both clients and employees, helping them navigate the complexities of international relocation.
  • Address any issues or concerns that arise during the relocation process, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Accurately enter and maintain all necessary data in internal systems to track relocation activities and ensure compliance.
  • Monitor relocation costs and manage budgets effectively to avoid overspending.
  • Regularly assess the efficiency of relocation processes and recommend improvements to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience in the Global Mobility industry, with a strong understanding of international relocation processes.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and web-based software for data management and reporting.
  • Fluency in English and French is essential.
