Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Vichy agency in all its dimensions: human, technical, financial, and commercial.
• Manage a multidisciplinary team of around 40 people, leading and developing the team while contributing to the agency's commercial development and client portfolio loyalty.
• Ensure optimal profitability by defining suitable action plans.
• Manage client relationships and satisfaction indicators.
• Organize and optimize operations within the agency.
• Plan and schedule maintenance visits efficiently.
• Monitor budget execution.
• Administer the agency efficiently.
• Develop a network of local partners and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and effective communication within the agency.

Requirements:

• Background in technical or commercial studies.
• Significant experience in profit center management, service company operations, preferably in a similar sector.
• Strong management skills and a passion for knowledge sharing.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer relations.
