Job Description

At Déessi, we are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and expectations to ensure satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement service strategies and budgets to meet client needs.
  • Supervise the internal IT service delivery team to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
  • Establish and maintain quality standards for IT services and monitor performance against these standards.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement plans for services, focusing on efficiency, effectiveness, and client satisfaction.
  • Communicate clearly and transparently with clients on IT service status, issues, and action plans.
  • Analyze service costs and performance to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency and service delivery.
  • Prepare regular service reports for clients and stakeholders, providing information on service delivery, compliance, and performance.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly resolve technical issues and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Strong organizational and priority management skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other departments.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and IT service providers.
  • Knowledge of IT security policies, hosting environments, backup and data recovery practices.
