Customer Success Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by owning the full sales cycle from contract to revenue realization with customers. You will utilize your analytical skills to track, analyze, and create reports based on opportunity activity, particularly on cross-sell and migration processes using internal CRM tools (Salesforce).

You will also leverage your experience in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, PowerBI) and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) to drive business growth. Additionally, you will possess executive presence, comfortable working with and presenting to senior leaders and investors. Desired experience working with international internal stakeholders and customers is also required. English + Local Language for the region covering (German/French/Spanish/Portuguese/Italian) is a must.
