Role Overview:

The Administrative and Financial Management Officer will oversee the comprehensive management of contracts and financial orders, ensuring adherence to all regulatory and procedural guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the administrative and financial aspects of contracts and orders.
  • Ensure strict compliance with financial regulations and budgetary limits.
  • Manage all financial transactions associated with contracts and orders.
  • Process invoices and validate all supporting documentation.
  • Engage and coordinate effectively with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Maintain current software and document management systems.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and public procurement processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong communication abilities.

Employment Terms:

This position offers a fixed-term contract with the potential for extension. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and includes additional benefits. Remote work options may be available following the probationary period.
