Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Recovery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers' payments are made on time and that our cash flow is optimized.

Key Responsibilities

• Update our database with accurate and timely financial information
• Recover outstanding debts from customers to improve our cash flow
• Analyze customer accounts to identify potential issues
• Identify the root causes of delayed payments
• Monitor and follow up on customer promises to ensure timely payment
• Qualify and record disputes
• Prepare comprehensive files for transmission to our legal team
• Identify and analyze customer payment behavior
• Compose and send reminder letters to customers
• Develop and implement effective recovery strategies

Requirements

• You hold a degree in a related field, such as accounting or finance, and have a minimum of one year of experience in a similar role
• You possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office and have strong communication skills
• You have a strong understanding of financial regulations and laws
• You are able to work independently and as part of a team
