Capital Market - Strategic Product Owner
Become a part of Inetum Capital Market as a Strategic Product Owner. We are a prominent global player in the finance industry, committed to executing high-impact projects while nurturing both technical and functional skills.
- Continuously refine and define the product vision in alignment with corporate strategy, business objectives, and team insights
- Foster team cohesion around the vision by articulating a persuasive strategy and leading quarterly planning sessions
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders on the Program Board roadmap to enhance value delivery
- Oversee interdependencies among various products and initiatives within the organization
- Maintain a well-organized product backlog and ensure its transparency to all stakeholders
- Guide the Agile Team and play a key role in enhancing the functional Workflow
- Enhance user satisfaction through Net Promoter Score (NPS) and ongoing improvement efforts
- Keep abreast of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) solutions and industry best practices
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in a comparable position
- Proficiency in English
