Key Responsibilities:- Develop in-depth knowledge of Wallbox solutions, including third-party integrations, and understand how technical solutions are run and installed.
- Support our Sales team with technical product knowledge and objection handling in customer meetings, with travel as required.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Experience teams to ensure smooth prospect-to-customer transitions and long-term customer success.
- Ensure that Wallbox Partners consistently provide excellent and industry-leading levels of Quality and Customer Service.
- Address, review, and solve any issues with Wallbox Products.
- Identify faults in Wallbox Partner Network and rectify them in a timely manner to avoid any major problems in the future.
- Have direct on-site contact with key accounts if needed to address issues.
- Support and consolidate Wallbox Partners Network.
- Be responsible for the delivery of every installation within QA standards.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in industrial engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
- Interest in electric vehicles and renewable energies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive, and self-learning.
- Ability to manage and adapt to fast-changing priorities.
- Strong desire to learn in a rapidly growing and dynamic startup environment.
- Ability to work closely with end-users in a consulting, services, or support capability.
- Travel as required.
- Native in French and high level of English. Other languages are a plus.
