Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to fulfill a vital role within our organization, specifically in the reception area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks, including:

  • Greeting guests and managing incoming calls
  • Overseeing meeting spaces, correspondence, packages, and deliveries
  • Arranging transportation services
  • Maintaining inventory and supplies
  • Ordering office materials
  • Performing additional administrative duties as required

This position is a full-time permanent role with scheduled hours from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, featuring rotating shifts:

  • 7:30 am to 11:30 am and 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm
  • 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm

Compensation and Benefits:

  • €11.65 per hour plus bonuses
  • Comprehensive benefits package (profit sharing, employee committee, health insurance, €7/day meal card, 50% reimbursement of public transport costs)

The ideal candidate will possess a vibrant personality, flexibility, and a strong customer service orientation. We are in search of a Hospitality Professional and Reception Expert with excellent presentation abilities. Proficiency in conversational or fluent English is essential.
