Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled Regional Manager France to oversee and manage our French properties in the region. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Property Management: Manage our properties and customers on-site, working closely with our team based in Berlin to ensure seamless operations.
- Service Provider Coordination: Coordinate with external service providers and ensure high-quality services are delivered.
- Repair and Maintenance Planning: Plan and coordinate repair and maintenance initiatives to maintain the high standard of our properties.
- Property Upgrades: Plan and implement property upgrading initiatives, including renovation, interior design, and equipment upgrades.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support on-site, working closely with our owner service team.
- Process Improvement: Continuously improve all processes in real estate and customer operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Language Skills: Fluency in French and English is essential, with additional languages such as Italian or German being an advantage.
- Education: A degree in real estate, hospitality, or a comparable industry is required.
- Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in hospitality, property management, or a similar industry is necessary.
- Communication and Organization: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a highly structured approach to work.
- Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work effectively and precisely in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
