Position Overview: Training Manager at DERICHEBOURG Multiservices

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Training Manager to oversee our educational initiatives for a workforce of around 9,000 employees across the Ile-de-France region. This role is pivotal in enhancing employee skills and ensuring the effectiveness of our training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and enforce training policies throughout the region
  • Design and implement professional development strategies
  • Gather training requirements from operational leaders and HR specialists
  • Oversee the logistical, administrative, and financial components of training programs
  • Assist HR teams and operational leaders in training efforts
  • Offer support and expertise to both employees and management
  • Develop orientation programs for new hires
  • Manage apprenticeship initiatives
  • Monitor performance assessments and feedback
  • Evaluate key performance metrics related to training
  • Remain informed about industry developments and best practices

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of experience in corporate training, demonstrate exceptional organizational capabilities, and exhibit a proactive mindset. Familiarity with diverse training methodologies and a solid understanding of the training landscape are essential.
