About the Role
Nexter is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Governance Specialist to join our team and lead our Product Security Governance team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Animate and lead the Product Security Governance team to ensure the security of our products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks.
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Pilot the outsourcing of advanced expertise domains.
- Propose improvements to the consideration and follow-up of security requirements, contributing to the evolution of Nexter's Product Cybersecurity Policy.
- Provide security expertise to engineering stakeholders, in liaison with program management and in interface with clients.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree with a specialization in security, preferably.
- Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in program security.
- Be familiar with setting up security architectures.
- Be recognized for organizational and communication skills.
- Have the ability to convince and adapt.
- Have management capabilities and be able to pilot and manage in transverses.
- Have a good knowledge of security standards and norms.
- Have experience in conducting projects and cyber risk analyses.
- Have a mastery of security mechanisms for protection.
- Have knowledge of embedded systems.
- A certification in risk management (ISO/EBIOS RM) and/or information system security management (ISO/CISSP/CISM) would be an asset.
