Project Financial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Financial Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading financial projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
Key Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive project specifications, taking into account IT security requirements.
- Write and manage procurement procedures and market tracking.
- Oversee the creation of detailed project specifications.
- Evaluate and manage project risks.
- Determine human resource and skill needs.
- Prepare a project phasing plan with milestones and track progress.
- Lead, track, and coordinate the project.
- Establish project structures and rules of operation.
- Define project objectives and deadlines for deliverables.
- Manage and measure project progress.
- Organize and animate operational management and project tracking committees.
- Conduct tests, recertification, and project evaluation.
- Plan and organize tests and recertification for project phases.
- Organize evolutionary and corrective maintenance operations.
- Document and formalize the project, including maintenance.
- Write and format documentation related to project implementation.
- Apply methodological tools for project tracking and management.
- Participate in maintaining operational conditions for applications.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Bac +4) in a relevant field, preferably in computer science or engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT systems and project management.
- Strong knowledge of hospital IT systems, IT architecture, databases, and IT security standards and procedures.
- Master's degree in project management and experience with PMO tools, such as MS Project, and methodologies like UML, Merise, and Agile.
