About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Product Management Intern to join our Customer & Monetization team at Deezer. As a Product Manager Intern, you will work closely with our product management and revenue teams to develop, implement, and refine strategies aimed at converting and retaining users.
This is an entry-level position with a focus on learning and contributing to our company's conversion and retention initiatives. You will gain valuable experience in product management, data analysis, and marketing techniques while working under the mentorship of experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with user research and data teams to build a strong understanding of user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
- Gather and evaluate gaps and opportunities from users, competitor analysis, business opportunities, and market trends.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
Product Delivery
- Write feature specifications and prioritize your backlog along with the Engineering Manager.
- Follow progress of work and address development issues during sprints.
- Participate in all agile rituals with your squad: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, refinement, retrospective, and demo.
- Participate in the performance analysis and assist in A/B testing, experimentation, and optimization efforts to improve conversion and retention rates.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English and French.
- A passion for technology and a strong interest in digital products and user experiences.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Enthusiasm for product management and user conversion concepts.
