Job Summary

The Electrical Engineer will be part of the Completion Sustaining team, responsible for providing innovative solutions through the development or sustaining of new or improved techniques, procedures, or products.

The Electrical Engineer will also assist in planning, conducting, and evaluating approaches to meeting project objectives in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support commercialized products remotely and in a lab
  • Conduct trouble shooting and electrical tests in laboratory (Oscilloscope, etc)
  • Maintain and improve electronic designs (wide range of electronics, digital, communication, etc) and products (technical files, components, schematics, assembly procedures, tool manuals, etc.)
  • Understand electrical schematics, select components, build prototypes, products, and test systems
  • Design lab setups and implement tests, document results, and present to customers
  • Provide timely corrective actions on defects
  • Create and maintain product documentation. Provide support to operations and customers
  • Conduct Failure Analysis at board and/or tool level
Requirements
  • MS in Electrical Engineering and 7 years or more of work experience
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal in English
  • English language proficiency
  • Direct hands-on experience with common electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, switches, function generators, multimeters, etc.
  • Nice to have an experience in NI Teststand
  • Must have some skills below
  • Communication interface (Modbus TCPIP)
  • Digital hardware (MCU, linux MCU, FPGA, etc)
