In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing data management, automation, and communication strategies across various aspects of our manufacturing operations.
- Optimize Performance: You will focus on refining the automation, updating, and communication systems for performance indicators used in gap processing activities. This involves ensuring accurate data capture, analysis, and reporting to identify areas for improvement.
- Automation & Escalation: Implement an automated alert and escalation system based on a KANBAN approach. This will streamline issue identification, resolution, and communication across teams involved in production.
- Digital Transformation: Participate actively in the implementation of digital QRQC (Quick Response Countermeasure) within factory production activities. Your expertise will contribute to leveraging technology for real-time problem solving and continuous improvement.
- Data Analysis & Archiving: Enhance the quality of research and archiving processes for gap forms. Explore innovative methods, including AI-driven solutions, to optimize data retrieval and analysis for informed decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Stay abreast of industry best practices and propose improvements to existing activity tracking tools. This will ensure that our systems are aligned with evolving needs and promote greater operational efficiency.
Your Profile:
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Digitalization, Continuous Improvement, or a related field.
- Possess strong proficiency in spreadsheets, data processing techniques, and knowledge of AI and Power BI.
