About the Role:
The Global Director of Sales and Marketing will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies to drive growth and market presence for SASKIA Spa's luxury spa services and skincare products globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement global sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for SASKIA Spa's offerings.
- Align sales and marketing efforts with overall business objectives, ensuring brand positioning and messaging reflect SASKIA Spa's status.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities and business development initiatives to expand SASKIA Spa's footprint in key regions.
- Brand Management:
- Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and appeal to the high-end market segment.
- Ensure that all marketing materials and communications maintain the high standards of the SASKIA Spa brand.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the global sales and marketing teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Track and analyze sales performance, marketing campaign effectiveness, and market penetration, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to the Director of Sales, CEO and other senior executives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Cosmetology, or a related field.
- A Master's degree or relevant certifications is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior sales and marketing role within the spa or high-end cosmetics industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing global teams and executing large-scale sales and marketing strategies.
- Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
