About the Role:
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team to develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that drive sales and enhance the brand experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation of visual merchandising guidelines and plans for launches and animations
- Deploy merchandising charters to markets and ensure consistency across regions
- Draft 2D plans and layouts with a focus on consumer experience
- Develop point-of-sale elements in line with international marketing plans and market-specific requests
- Contribute to the development of innovative visual merchandising concepts and trends
- Utilize rendering and 3D modeling skills to create engaging visual displays
- Develop and maintain 2D planograms
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor analysis
- Survey and analyze the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth
- Proficiency in MAC software, including Adobe suite, Microsoft office, Sketchup, and Vray
Requirements:
- Higher education background in a relevant field, such as design or luxury management
- First-hand experience in the luxury sector or perfume/cosmetics industry
- Fluency in English
- Strong understanding of luxury brands and retail
- Curiosity and passion for staying up-to-date with market trends and innovations
- Autonomy and creativity in visual merchandising concepts
- Agility and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
