Job Opportunity
As a Visual Merchandising Manager at BALENCIAGA S.A.S., you will play a key role in supporting the development of all aspects of Visual Merchandising, including visual storytelling and guidelines. You will work in partnership with the Global Visual Merchandising Director to ensure compliance with these guidelines across the entire Global network.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of seasonal and training guidelines.
- Build partnerships with HQ departments to create a strong communication link and flow of information.
- Ensure compliance with VM Guidelines across the Retail/Wholesale network.
- Participate in the testing of visual merchandising tools and implement Visual Merchandising actions.
- Guide and support store openings, VM layouts, and ordering VM tools.
- Support special events, pop-ups, and other VM installations.
- Support Showroom setup and preparations.
- Focus on promoting the use of the Yoobic application for clear communication in all regions.
Your Profile
A professional with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the luxury & fashion industry.
An industry specialist with sound knowledge of the current market and consumer trends, excellent product sensitivity, analytical and numeracy skills.
An individual with good communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
A self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized person with the ability to work as a team player, prioritize workload to meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to travel internationally frequently.
