Product Strategy Manager

Tangent International is seeking a highly skilled Product Strategy Manager to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product enhancements to drive growth and meet market demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Italian market to inform product decisions.
- Merchant Engagement: Engage with local merchants to understand their needs, pain points, and expectations, and develop strategies to meet their requirements.
- Cross-Location Collaboration: Work with Product Managers across various offices to align strategies and priorities, and ensure seamless product development.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with local marketing, sales, design, development, IT, and other teams to ensure product and project alignment.
- Business Case Development: Present business cases for new features or improvements based on market research and merchant feedback, and make data-driven decisions.
- Product Strategy: Define and prioritize product enhancements to drive growth and meet market demands, and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor product performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
- Local Solutions Ambassador: Lead efforts to integrate and improve local payment methods, acting as a bridge between local and central teams.
- Customer Centricity: Advocate for customer focus, ensuring product development aligns with customer expectations and needs.
Your Profile:

- Collaborative: Works effectively with marketing, sales, and other teams to drive unified strategies, and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive Leader: Takes initiative to identify and capitalize on opportunities, and able to lead efforts to integrate and improve local payment methods.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Italian / French, both written and spoken (for roles in Milan and Paris).
