Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Growth Strategy Manager to join our team at Doctolib. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a product-led growth strategy that drives user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a product-led growth strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, product design, analytics, marketing, and go-to-market teams
  • Define and execute marketing strategies to maximize awareness and usage of our free product features
  • Develop and implement free trial strategies for relevant features in collaboration with product management and go-to-market teams
  • Work with product management and product design to define user journeys and build features that drive acquisition, usage, and upsell
  • Track and utilize data analytics to gain insights into user behavior and funnel conversion, identifying opportunities for product and marketing optimization
  • Roll out cross-functional initiatives to ensure the success of our initiatives
  • Advocate for a user-centric approach, incorporating user feedback and usability testing to refine product offerings
  • Stay up-to-date with PLG trends and best practices, applying them to enhance our product strategy and competitive edge

Requirements:

  • 6-9 years of experience in product-led growth, growth marketing, or growth product
  • Experience working in a high-growth tech business, SaaS, startup, or consulting firm
  • Strong entrepreneurial and problem-solving mindset
  • Highly result-driven and action-oriented with strong project management and coordination skills
  • Very analytical and passionate about developing insights, scoping analysis plans, and providing critical information that drives a dynamic and fast-growing business
  • Ability to work in an international environment and think globally
  • Fluency in English and German or French (C1 level)
