Position Overview:
To enhance our operational teams, we are seeking an Assistant Operations Manager within our extensive distribution sector.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Operational Duties:
- Guaranteeing service quality and adherence to commitments.
- Coordinating service implementation (both human and material resources).
- Identifying and communicating service delivery needs (training, logistics, recruitment).
- Monitoring and reporting on client and agent portfolios as per directives, providing detailed reports after each visit.
- Managing mandatory compliance checks within your scope.
- Overseeing daily unassigned shifts across various locations to ensure client satisfaction.
- Conducting follow-ups on client satisfaction surveys.
- Planning and managing leave, sick leave, and absences.
- Ensuring efficient scheduling for clients and staff.
- Supervising shift exchanges and handling unexpected absences and agent replacements.
- Updating schedules on a daily and weekly basis.
- Overseeing on-site documentation processes.
- Conducting agent evaluations and preparing reports.
- Ensuring the implementation, monitoring, and updating of safety protocols and site guidelines.
- Managing and documenting incidents and information related to operational activities.
- Collecting attendance records from client sites.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Participating in agency recruitment initiatives.
- Ensuring new hires receive necessary materials and adhere to hiring protocols.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with COMETE software and a network of security agents across various regions would be beneficial.
Company vehicle, laptop, and mobile phone will be provided.
First Aid certification and a Professional Card are required.

Candidate Profile:
