**Job Summary**
VINCI Construction Outre-Mer is seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to fill the position of Hydraulic Works Project Manager based in Guadeloupe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our construction site and ensuring the highest level of quality in our work.
Main Responsibilities:
- Represent the company on the construction site and maintain excellent relationships with clients, architects, and engineers.
- Ensure the safety, organization, and coordination of the construction site.
- Manage the technical, administrative, and financial aspects of the project.
- Lead and motivate a team of professionals.
- Implement and maintain a quality management system.
Requirements:
- Hold a degree in a relevant field (Bac +2 or higher) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Proven technical knowledge in construction and experience with software such as PEGASE, PROJECT, and HERMES.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
