Job Summary

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving commercial growth and developing strategic relationships with key clients in the Grand Public market. This role will involve working closely with the Sales Team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the SFR business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive commercial growth and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
  • Provide coaching and training to sales representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
