Job Title: Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager to join our team at Algoe Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HSE policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and promoting a culture of safety and sustainability within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential hazards
  • Provide training and awareness programs to employees on HSE policies and procedures
  • Investigate incidents and near-miss incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry stakeholders
  • Manage and coordinate HSE-related projects and initiatives
  • Develop and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact
  • Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain HSE-related documentation and records

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in HSE management, preferably in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing HSE policies and procedures
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a GMP environment
  • Knowledge of FDA and ANSM regulations
  • Fluency in English
