We are in search of a skilled Accounting Team Leader to manage a dedicated group of 3 Accountants. Key Responsibilities:- Direct, mentor, and develop a team of 3 Accountants,
- Guarantee the punctual execution of all responsibilities in line with established protocols (including bank reconciliations, asset management, and account analysis),
- Oversee cash management activities,
- Prepare and/or review periodic tax submissions (such as VAT, CFE, CVAE, IS),
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting initiatives,
- Supervise monthly financial closings,
- Maintain effective communication with auditors and external accounting firms,
- Enhance current processes and tools for efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in accounting, with at least 10 years of experience in financial roles, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity. Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage and Cegid, along with experience in the retail industry, is advantageous.
