As an Application Project Lead, you will be directly responsible for the implementation of an ERP system in a large French group with 750 employees across 20 entities. Your mission will be to work closely with the Project Manager to ensure the successful deployment of the ERP system.
Key responsibilities include:
- Understanding and evaluating business requirements from various departments
- Designing and implementing the ERP system
- Leading functional workshops and training sessions for employees
- Ensuring change management across various projects
- Acting as a product owner to drive the implementation of the ERP system
- Coordinating the deployment and delivery of the ERP system
- Ensuring data quality and control
- Adapting to different business areas and stakeholders
This is a non-exhaustive list of responsibilities.
You have at least one year of experience as an Application Project Lead with a dual technical and functional role. You are a strong communicator, able to translate business needs into technical solutions. You are curious, autonomous, and looking for a new challenge. You have experience working on ERP implementation projects and knowledge of SaaS solutions.
