Position Overview
In the context of implementing information systems for post-market operations and collateral management platforms, you will undertake essential business analysis responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing and defining business requirements
- Providing support for business and functional analysis: including functional design, testing, and change management
- Coordinating across projects (business, business analysis, IT, and partners)
You will gain in-depth knowledge of market and post-market operations within back-office settings, including securities settlement, custody, and central banking.
Candidate Profile
With a degree in Engineering, Commerce, or a finance-related field, you should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis within the market finance and post-market domain.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as a Business Analyst in post-market operations: including settlement, custody, and collateral management
- Familiarity with collateral management and refinancing processes, as well as Monetary Policy (Lending/Borrowing operations, Repo/Reverse repo)
- Knowledge of SWIFT exchange standards and protocols, along with other relevant tools
- Proficient technical skills: Excel/Access, SQL, XML
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and writing capabilities
- Excellent customer service orientation and initiative, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in teams.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
