We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Engagement Services Lead to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our Premium Engagement team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-term partnerships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic engagement plans to drive client success and maximize the value of our services
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services and ensure client satisfaction
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and revenue
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a related field, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the SAP ecosystem
- Proven track record of success in developing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions
