Arkea Banque Entreprises et Institutionnels is seeking a Director of Institutional Clientele to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 7 commercial employees, accompanying Institutional Clientele Managers in the management of their client portfolio, and coordinating relations between the commercial line and central services.

The ideal candidate will be an ambassador for the Arkea brand, representing the bank to decision-makers and developing partnerships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and coordinating a commercial team
  • Accompanying Institutional Clientele Managers in the management of their client portfolio
  • Coordinating relations between the commercial line and central services
  • Representing the bank to decision-makers and developing partnerships
  • Ensuring compliance with prudent rules: KYC, LABCFT, client complaints

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the institutional market and its various sectors, as well as excellent analytical and decision-making skills.

Key qualifications include:

  • Collaborative and curious, with a strong ability to engage teams
  • Strong strategic vision, with the ability to set clear objectives for the team
  • Ability to make decisions, anticipate, and prioritize
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and financial skills, with a good understanding of regulatory aspects of a banking environment

The successful candidate will be based in Paris and will be required to travel frequently to meet with clients and internal stakeholders.
