Your Missions :

You will work in collaboration with the General Management to define and implement the company's commercial strategy.

Your goal will be to pursue the growth dynamic of activities in defense and security, both in France and internationally.


Your Main Activities :

  • Participate in collaboration with the General Management in the elaboration of the company's commercial strategy by defining annual commercial and marketing action plans for France and Export (Promotion of products, choice of markets to invest in, choice of trade shows,)
  • Inform, stimulate, demonstrate, and present solutions to prospects and clients both in France and Export (International trade shows, demonstrations, visits…)
  • Organize and direct client visits, meetings, and demonstrations of solutions
  • Develop a network of partners and distributors abroad capable of representing the company in front of targeted client segments in countries and commercial opportunities detected
  • Contribute actively to client loyalty by following up on technical needs and the evolution of client expectations in terms of technical support or after-sales service in liaison with other company services
  • Perform daily sales operations, such as updating a CRM, preparing financial and technical proposals, and responding to tenders.
  • Participate in the elaboration of promotional materials (Digital marketing, brochures, sales argument,..)


Candidate Profile :

  • With a Bac+4/5 degree and 3 years minimum of commercial and technical experience in an industrial sector (Defense, Aeronautics, Security, High Tech products,…) or Bac+2 (type BTS International Commerce) with 5 years of experience minimum
  • A previous experience in the defense or security sector is highly appreciated
  • A previous experience in international trade (customs, transport, payment methods, …) is necessary
  • Used computer tools: MS Office, CRM
  • Rigour, organization, and reactivity are essential
  • Complete mastery of written and spoken French and English (read, written, spoken) is necessary


Contract Type :

  • CDI (Full-time 37.5h)
  • Start date: Immediate / Open position
  • Salary: According to the candidate's profile between 30 to 40 K€ brut/year + variable
