We are looking for a committed Senior Product Line Strategist to enhance our product management division. In this vital position, you will spearhead the Evac Fresh Water Systems product line. These innovative systems employ reverse osmosis technology to transform seawater into both technical and potable water, significantly reducing dependence on shore-based water sources. Our solutions provide cost-effective, energy-efficient, and sustainable fresh water production, while also filtering, disinfecting, adjusting hardness, and mineralizing the water.
Key Responsibilities:
- Boost product competitiveness across Evac, Cathelco, and HEM brands by standardizing components, documentation, product performance, and other technical elements.
- Oversee and develop your product line to stimulate business growth and fulfill customer requirements with competitive offerings.
- Manage product development initiatives, roadmaps, budgeting, and follow-up, encompassing new developments and ongoing enhancements.
- Administer the product portfolio and lifecycle.
- Evaluate market trends, customer expectations, and competitive landscape to ensure robust product offerings.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including sales, delivery projects, and sourcing, to guarantee product profitability, cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in product and project management within the marine, environmental, or cleantech sectors.
- Strong commercial mindset with significant business acumen and development experience.
- Technical expertise and comprehension of fresh water generation technologies.
- Proficiency in product standardization for streamlined operations.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- M.Sc. or B.Sc. in a relevant discipline.
- Exceptional collaboration, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Proactive, well-organized, and sociable team player with a positive attitude.
