About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing the company's European procurement strategy across all renewables technologies. This will involve establishing and maintaining relationships with key suppliers, negotiating supply agreements, framework contracts, and EPC/EBoP contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the CEO to define and implement the company's European procurement strategy
- Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers
- Negotiate supply agreements, framework contracts, and EPC/EBoP contracts
- Direction and leadership of a high-performing purchasing and supply chain team
- Oversee the procurement budget, ensuring effective cost management and leading cost reduction initiatives
Requirements:
- MBA or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 10+ years renewable energy procurement experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Excellent negotiation skills, with a track record of structuring complex agreements and contracts
- Fluent in English (German, Spanish, or French is a plus)
