KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Play a crucial role in advancing the strategic objectives and initiatives of the organization.
- Support the planning and oversight of budgets.
- Oversee the collection of rents and various income sources.
- Manage requests related to property funds as required.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and the closing of accounts.
- Handle the processing of invoices related to investments, grants, and loans.
- Develop and maintain a variety of tracking and analytical accounting documents.
- Contribute to the preparation of financial documents and associated management activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program focused on Accounting or Finance.
- Meticulous and organized with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to meeting deadlines, following procedures, and adhering to instructions.
- Self-motivated and capable of taking initiative within established frameworks.
- Able to work collaboratively in teams as well as independently.
- Essential skills include adaptability, analytical thinking, and the ability to multitask.
- Proficient in the use of computer tools.
